President and the CEO of the International Crisis Group (ICG), Robert Malley, called on Foreign Minister, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi in New York. Expressing his deep concern at the prevailing grave human rights and humanitarian situation in the Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IOJ&K), the Foreign Minister underscored the need for the international community to step-in to fulfill its moral and political responsibility towards the Kashmiris. He said that the non-resolution of the Jammu & Kashmir dispute posed serious threat to peace and security of South Asia.
